Dream Day Events Sponsorship Opportunities
Our Events Our 3rd annual Dream Day Event season begins at Gads Hill Center, 1919 W. Cullerton Ave, Chicago, Illinois from Noon to 5pm on Saturday, March 31and April 1, 2012. The remainder of the events will be held at:
Girls & Boys Club of Chicago 3400 S. Emerald Ave Chicago, IL 2pm to 6pm April 7, 14, 21, 28 and May 5th
Getting the Word Out As a sponsor of this premier event you will be prominently featured in event literature, and on the Princess Closet website - with the option of linking our website to yours.
More than 450 girls attended last year’s events. With your support, we are hoping to reach many more participants and make the events even more exciting for the girls. This year, we would like to provide each girl with a bag full of goodies (make-up, nail polish, hair accessories, gift certificates, etc) to make her feel special.
Our events start off with a mini fashion show displaying some of the dresses that will be available to the girls. Our fashion consultant will discuss finding the best dress for the various body types and our make-up artist will go over the latest prom hair styles and make-up techniques. This year participants will engage in self esteem building workshops as well as getting tips for college.
Event promotional materials, marketing materials and press releases highlighting the event and its sponsors will be distributed in Chicago area neighborhoods and other parts of Illinois.
Sponsorship Opportunities Princess Closet values its Sponsors at each and every level. Your kindness and generosity truly makes a difference in our program – and the lives of our young ladies. For each donation level, you will receive a custom created letter thanking you for your help!
Golden Carriage Sponsor A minimum donation of $250. This will help us purchase basic items needed to make events successful: 4-6 floor standing mirrors 500 goodie bags 500 shopping bags 1-2 Floor size mannequins Tulle (pink, white and purple) 30yards of each Battery operated lights (pink, white and purple) 6 sets of each
Silver Tiara Sponsor Donation of a Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates for a product or service will be given to every girl that attends the 2012 Dream Day Events. Examples of proper gift certificates: hair salons, manicures, flowers (corsages/bouquets/boutonnieres), shoes, tuxedo rentals, dinner at a local restaurant, tanning salons, accessories, etc.
Crystal Slipper Sponsor Donations for the goodie bags. Examples of proper goodie bag donations: nail polish, make-up, perfume, hair products, and hair accessories
